Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns on hair once it has been purchased or delivered.

Hair products cannot be restocked or resold once they have left our possession, and this policy helps ensure every client receives hair that is new, clean, and unused.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
